Where is the straw?

I really like the bottle and the charger but it sucks that there isn't a straw or the fact that I can't even locate a replacement lid with a straw. I have purchased 2 different lids with straws but the either didn't fit ot leak if they fall over which happened to me. I thought it fit but not when I dropped it.

My bottle

The battery did not work and customer service took me thru so many changes to get another and wanted me to pay for the return before they would do anything. I FINALLY got a new battery but now waiting to see what do I do with the old one, but still have not heard back from them! Absolutely poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Heavy Duty to the core.

I took this to a meeting the other day at a coffee shop and poured my coffee into it from their paper cups and the coffee stayed warm over 2 hours as I slowly took sips of it. Amazing product for sure. I haven't used the charger yet but love the storage for the USB cable.
