Q: What's this product all about?
A: The ALĪN screen protection system makes applying screen protectors fast, easy, and accurate, eliminating the poor results and frustration of installing traditional screen protectors.

Q: What's unique about it?
A: ALĪN's patent-pending alignment tool is the easiest, most accurate way to perfectly place a screen protector on your smartphone. It also comes with multiple screen protectors and can be used over and over again.

Q: How does it work?

Q: How many screen protectors are included?

Q: What kind of screen protectors are included?
A: We include 3 HD clear and 1 HD anti-glare screen protectors in every package. HD means that the screen protectors allow excellent screen visibility and light transmission.

Q: Will the screen protectors damage my phone or leave sticky residue when I remove them?
A: No, the screen protectors are easy to remove and will not damage your device or leave residue

Q: Can I buy refills?
A: We don't sell refills, because we include four screen protectors with every ALĪN!

Q: Will other screen protector brands work with the alignment tool?
A: They may, but we don't guarantee it. However, ALĪN screen protectors are specifically designed for use with the companion alignment tool.

Q: How do I get rid of bubbles during installation?
A: Use the included smoothing card or your thumbnail to push any bubbles out the edge of the screen protector. The cleaning cloth also works well for this.

Q: What if there are little bubbles that won't push out?
A: Those are likely lint or dust. We suggest cleaning your screen thoroughly and blowing it off before applying the screen protector. A cleaning cloth is included for this purpose.

Q: Do I have to get my phone wet during installation?
A: No. ALĪN is a dry-application process, so your device stays dry.

Q: I have the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab and when I try to charge it through the USB port, there is a red X on the battery. Does this mean that it is not charging?
A: No! It is charging, but the tablet thinks that it is connected to a computer port of a computer, so the tablet charges at slower computer speeds. Some of the newer tablets are configured differently and display this behavior.

Q: Will it work to charge tablet such as the iPad?
A: Yes! It will work with most tablets on the market

Q: Should I be concerned about leaving this charger in extreme heat or cold conditions?
A: No! It's been tested to withstand below 0 and above 120 degree temperatures

Q: Can I pull on the Band without damaging it?
A: Only to a certain extent. Like any product, it has a threshold and can eventually break.

Q: Is there any harm in rolling it up or bending it?
A: No! Have fun.

Q: Can I use the Bumpr without the case?
A: No, the case must be used to attached the bumpr. You can however use the case without the Bumpr.

Q: Is one bumpr color more protective than the other color?
A: No all colors are made from the same material and protect in the same manner.

Q: Does the sticky material lose its stickiness?
A: After a while the sticky material may collect dust and ambient dirt in the air and will lose some of its original stickiness. To bring it back to NEW just run the sticky material under warm water lightly brushing off the dirt and dust with your fingers.

Q: Does Capio stick to all surfaces?
A: The Capio sticks to most surfaces out there (glass, wood, metal, plastic, composites, ect), except for oily or extremely rough surfaces where the suction cup can't get a strong vacuum to grip the surface.

Q: What support arms should I use for my phone?
A: The Capio come with 2 sizes of adjustable arms to fit most size smartphones on the market. The best fitting support arms would be the ones that are able to cradle the phone without it sliding down. For more details please refer to either the video on our website or Capio's user manual.

Q: What kind of cases can stick to the front plate of the Capio?
A: Most materials will stick except for oil based materials such as silicone. Also very rough materials will not stick as well. If you have a silicone case or very rough material case, please use the provided adjustable support arms for a secure hold.

Q: Will the Capio leave residue on my device or my car's dashboard?
A: No the Capio uses a special patented material that doesn't leave any residue.

Q: How often do I have to clean the Capio?
A: We recommend every couple of months; this will depend on the usage of the mount and may vary person to person.

Q: How do I know if my phone will work with the built-in NFC?
A: You can refer to your smartphone's setting to see if you have an NFC compatible device. Also you can refer to your smartphone's user manual for more info.

Q: When I place my GoogleTM NexusTM on the car mount nothing happens, why doesn't my NFC launch?
A: Please first check your setting to make sure the phone's NFC setting are ON. If they are then double check where your NFC antennas is located and try again.

Q: How do I use my NFC compatible smartphones with the CAPIO?
A: The NFC capabilities installed into the Capio give the user the ability to control most functions of the device with just a tap. A user is able to set up profiles for their daily lives. Example: If you set up a car mode for the Capio when you place your NFC enabled device onto the front plate you can have the ability to simultaneously (turn On your Bluetooth for hands free usage, set your ringer volume to a preferred level, turn ON GPS, open an application such as music, and set your media volume to your custom level) all with just a single tap. This ensures a quick, safe and hands-free experience.

Q: Will my current charging / data work with the case on?
A: Most cables will allow you to keep the case on, a few will require you to remove the case. We have designed the charging port to allow for use with the Apple Lightning cable and TYLT branded charging / data cables.

Q: Are the phone cases washable?
A: Yes use warm soap and water to wash the cases, be sure to remove your phone first.

Q: Will the cases work with docking stations?
A: Some docking stations will allow you to keep the case on, some will require you to remove the case. It depends on the docking station. We have designed the charging port to allow for use with the Apple 30Pin to Lightning adapter.

Q: Will the inside of the case scratch your phone?
A: No, soft, squishy material provides resilience and absorbs shock from occasional bumps and drops.

Q: What are CLOAK screen protectors made of?
A: CLOAK is made from urethane film, a clear and highly scratch-resistant material, less than 1/100th of an inch thick with an adhesive backing. Urethane films are used on cars, airplanes and boats to prevent finish wear and damage.

Q: Why is wet application necessary?
A: Wet application provides the ultimate bond between the screen protector and your device. The application fluid also allows the screen protector to easily slide around on your device for perfect positioning.

Q: Will CLOAK hurt my device?
A: Quite the contrary! We made CLOAK so that it would be able to protect your devices from just about anything. The adhesive we use is semi-permanent, meaning that it is difficult to remove by accident, but easy to remove if you wish. So your gear is safe!

Q: What is the squeegee for?
A: The patented, bubble-free application process uses the squeegee to remove excess application fluid and air between the screen protector and your device. The final result is a smooth, clear, bubble-free application.

Q: Why are 2 CLOAK screen protectors included?
A: To beat our competitors, who typically only supply provide one! It can cover a second device, be kept as a backup, or used as a replacement in case of installation mishaps.

Q: What is the application fluid made of?
A: It's a non-toxic, soap and water solution.

Q: I just installed my CLOAK and the screen protector looks cloudy. Did I do something wrong?
A: No, some cloudiness is normal right after application. CLOAK will become crystal clear within 24 hours of initial application as the adhesive bonds and cures.

Q: I just scratched my CLOAK with my key and it left a mark. Will this ever go away?
A: CLOAK has self-healing properties. Most minor scratches to the screen protector will disappear within less than 24 hours.

Q: Does CLOAK hide old scratches on my device?
A: Yes, CLOAK will help hide those old scratches! It's never too late, not matter how used your phone is. Your phone is only going to get worse if left unprotected, so why not hide the old scratches and prevent new ones with CLOAK?

Q: Why is the application fluid bottle made of glass?
A: Because it's totally recyclable and provides a better user experience than plastic.

Q: Does CLOAK make my device shockproof?
A: No, unfortunately, it does not. CLOAK is incredibly thin, so dropping your device will still be vulnerable to shock.....but when you pick it up, you'll probably notice the CLOAK stopped it from getting nicks and scratches.

Q: Will CLOAK change the look and feel of my device?
A: Only slightly - at 1/100th of an inch thick, it certainly isn't bulky, and most people can't even see it once it's applied! The film is shiny, though, so what you'll notice that matte finishes look shinier, and shiny surfaces look so good, it's like they just came out of a showroom.

Q: How hard is it to install CLOAK?
A: Our team has made CLOAK as easy to apply as possible. The average person will be able to install it very well on the first try - especially with the help of our installation video.

Q: Where are CLOAK screen protectors made?
A: The urethane screen protectors are made in the USA in Philadelphia, PA.

Q: CLOAK has a Lifetime Warranty...what does that mean?
A: If your CLOAK begins failing (corners come up, adhesive fails, it gets a hole in it...), or you aren't able to install it right, simply send your CLOAK back to us, and we'll give you a brand new one to put on.

A: There is no harm charging it without fully discharging it. We use excellent quality lithium-ion cells which do not have the memory effect

Q: Is there any harm leaving it charging overnight?
A: There is no harm to continue to charge our products even though it's fully charged. The PowerPlant will tell the charger it is fully charged and the charger will stop charging it.

Q: How long do the battery products hold a charge?
A: Our products will hold a charge for over a year if not in use. For best results, store the product in a cool place. If it is exposed to excess heat for long periods of time, it will reduce the amount of time the battery will hold a charge.

Q: If I plug in the Energi into an outlet, will there be enough room to plug a second device next to or on top of the Energi?
A: Yes. The Energi was designed with the AC prongs on the left hand side and not the center.

Q: How many times can the battery products be charged?
A: The battery products are rechargeable for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle means that the battery is completely discharged, then completely charged back up. For example, if the battery product has 75% charge and you top it off, you would have only charged it 25%. You would have to do this 4 times to complete one full cycle. So, don't be afraid to top it off. There is no “memory” or negative effect of constantly charging it.

Q: How do I turn the battery products on or off?
A: All our battery products are built with load detection circuitry. It will automatically turn on when you plug in a device, and automatically turn off when the device is unplugged. In certain rare situations, depending on the phone or the charging cable used you may have to press the battery capacity button in order to begin charging

Q: Can I charge my devices while simultaneously charging the Energi?

A: Most sunglasses will fit, as we designed around some of the larger styles. The sunglass area of the Protect Pocket measures 1.6 in x 2.2 in x 5.7 in (4 cm x 5.5 cm x 14.5 cm)

Q: Will the backpack hold books?
A: The Energi+ Backpack has a large main compartment that can be used for book storage. When empty, the available book storage area is approx. 11 in x 10 in x 3 in (28 cm x 25 cm x 8 cm). The laptop compartment can also be used for book or laptop storage.

Q: What are the exterior dimensions of the Energi+ Backpack?

A: Yes! Simply plug a power supply into the power case with your phone inside. The phone will take priority and once the phone is fully charged the power case will charge next. For fastest results, use a charger rated at 1A

Q: How long will it take to charge the Power Case
A: It will take approximately 6 hours to fully charge your power case. If both your phone and power case are dead, it will take approximately 8 hours to fully charge both.

Q: I have a "L" shaped headset which doesn't fit into the headset port with the Power Case on. Do I have any options
A: Yes! Tylt include a 3.5mm male to female extension adaptor to make sure ANY compatible headset can be used.

Q: Can I use the included cable to sync with my PC?
A: Yes! The Power Case is designed with data transfer functionality. What's even better is that you can use your vehicles USB port to access your music library or apps if supported.

Q: How do I initiate charging?
A: Simply hold the power button down for 2 seconds. Holding the power button for another 2 seconds will disable charging.

Q: How much charge can I expect?
A: With a dead iPhone battery, you can expect to get a full charge and then some, every time.

Q: How does the Energi Sliding Power Case work?
A: The Power Case uses its internal battery to charge your phone. If your phone has 50% juice and you turn on the Power Case, it will fully charge your phone and. If 6 hours later you're down to 50% again, you can turn the Power Case on to again bring your phone to a full charge.

Q: What do the different color LEDs mean?
A: They tell you how much battery power the Power Case has remaining.
Blinking red - no battery left
Red - low battery
Blue - medium battery
Green - full battery

Q: What's the easiest way to remove the inner sliding case?
A: Please note there will be a "breaking in" period when you first receive your case. The force required to remove the case will stabilize after cycling it in/out a few times. There are two easy ways to remove inner case from the battery case.

1) Hold the phone in both hands with your thumb on the screen and the rest of your four fingers on the bottom side. Simply use both your thumbs to slide the case strait up out of the case.

2) Hold your phone parallel to the ground with the camera point up toward the ceiling. Place your thumb on the camera and your other 4 fingers underneath on the screen. Use your 4 fingers to pull the inner case out of the battery case, while pushing in the opposite direction with your thumb.

Q: I have the Lightning version of the PowerPlant. Do I have to do anything to start initiating charging with me Lightning device?
A: Yes! Simply press the power button to initiate charging. This is a Apple compliant product and a physical trigger to turn on the battery pack is a requirement.

Q: Is it possible to charge the PowerPlant and two devices at the same time?
A: Yes, but since charging two devices takes a lot of power, you must make sure the PowerPlant has about 50% charge before doing so.

Q: Was the PowerPlant suppose to come with a wall charger?
A: The PowerPlant does not include a wall charger since it was designed with a universal micro-USB port. It does include a micro-USB cable which you can plug into any USB port to charge your PowerPlant. TYLT is committed to sustainability and providing excellent user experiences. This eliminates the need to manufacture thousands of wall chargers, reducing our ecological footprint.

Q: Will the material really protects the phone?
A: Yes, TPU is slim enough to slide into your pocket, but thick enough to protect your phone from daily usage. Extra thickness on corners also gives you double protection

Q: How do the Tagz work?
A: Well the Tagz are NFC (Near Field Communication) chips that use the technology built into most new high-end smartphones giving the user an ability to transmit information and data with other NFC-Enabled smartphones. What the Tagz do is they give the user an ability to control multiple functions of their device with a single tap. TYLT partnered up with TagstandTM creators of the popular NFC Task LauncherTM app on the GoogleTM PlaystoreTM which gives a user the ability to set up custom profiles at any time anywhere. Example: When the user gets home he/she have a Tagz NFC chip installed in the house so as soon as he/she enters the house and taps their NFC-enabled smartphone on the tag it would; turn ON Wifi, set the ring volume to their preset level, turn off GPS, set the alarm to 7:00am, and send a text to his/hers significant other letting them know that he/she have just arrived home all with a single tap.

Q: How do I know if my phone was able to scan the NFC Tagz?
A: The Tagz are pre-programmed to either take you to the GoogleTM PlayTM store to download the NFC Task LauncherTM app if not installed. If the NFC Task LauncherTM is installed on your smartphone then it will open the app and take you to the initial first time set up of the Tagz.

Q: I have an iPhone5TM would the Tagz work with my device?
A: Unfortunately as of right now the iPhone5TM is not set up with NFC capabilities. This doesn't mean that AppleTM won't be coming out with an NFC compatible phone in the near future.

Q: Are the stickers water proof?
A: The Stickers are water resistant; we do not recommend that you place the NFC chips in water for this will void the warranty.

Q: How many tasks can I do with the Tagz?
A: The number of tasks will vary depending on the complexity of what you are trying to achieve. The Tagz have 138kbs of free space to use for recording tasks, each task in the NFC Task LauncherTM app shows the amount of space each would take up on the chip.

Q: Can I share my Porfiles with other that have NFC phones?
A: Yes you can set up profiles that you share with other who have NFC-Enabled smartphones.

Q: Can I lock my Tagz so that others can't overwrite them?
A: Yes. You have the ability through the NFC Task LauncherTM app to make the chips unwritable.

Q: When I tapped the corner of my phone on the Tagz nothing happed, did I do something wrong?
A: If your phone is NFC-enabled then please check where the NFC antenna is located; usually it's on the back of your smartphone inside the housing at the center. Please take a Tagz sticker and place your phone on top of it with the screen facing up. Start at the center and move your phone around while still keeping it on the Tagz sticker until your phone detects the chip. When the chip is detected then the antenna is in that location on your smartphone, remember that spot for next time.

Q: Can I place the Tagz stickers on any surface?
A: Yes except for metal surfaces that would prevent the electromagnetic signal from detecting the NFC chip.

Q: How do I put the Active GelsTM in my ear?
A: First choose which ear the headphone will go into. Since the headphones were made to be Omni-directional (both sides are identical) they can be placed into either ear. Once the headphone is in, rotate the Active GelsTM so that the fin with the "Y" shape points toward the back of your head - parallel to the ground. Push into the ear lightly until the fin of the Active GelsTM is securely sitting inside the back of your ear. For images and additional instructions, please see the TUNZ User Guide.

Q: Will the TUNZ headphones work with my phone?
A: TUNZ headphones were designed to work with all 3.5mm devices. The in-line microphone and one-button controller were made to work with most smart devices like tablets and smartphones.

Q: Why are there 6 sets of gels?
A: Everyone is unique, and the same goes for your ears. We include standard gels and Active GelsTM, each in 3 sizes (Small, Medium, Large), for a total 6 pairs total. Our gels accommodate all kinds of different ear shapes and sizes to provide maximum comfort and security.

Q: What makes the flat cable better than a regular round cable?
A: A flat cable reduces the tangling factor significantly versus a regular round cable. Most of us have experienced situations when you reach into your pocket or bag to pull out a ball of headphones that are tangled up like last year's Christmas lights. Our flat cable design significantly reduces tangling.

Q: What's the clip for?
A: The clip can be used to secure the flat cable to a shirt sleeve or other clothing for maximum control, comfort, and security.

Q: Does TYLT sell a carrying bag for the headphones?
A: TUNZ headphones actually comes with a quick open carrying bag where you can store your headphones, your gels, and the cable clip when not in use.

Q: Are the headphones waterproof?
A: NO, the headphones were designed for regular use and should not be exposed in water.

Q: What colors are available?
A: TUNZ headphones are available in Black, White, Blue, Red, and Green.

A: TUNZ is designed to charge smartphones and music players. While TUNZ is not intended to charge tablets, it will provide a small charge to many tablets that are compatible with 1 Amp charging.

Q: Will it play music from my tablet?
A: Yes! It will play music with any Bluetooth-enabled device, including tablets

Q: My device doesn't have Bluetooth. Will it work with TUNZ?
A: TUNZ can also connect to any device with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Q: I am trying to charge my phone and it doesn't seem to be working. What's wrong?
A: First check that TUNZ is powered ON. Second, TUNZ disables charging to preserve music play time when it reaches 50% battery capacity. Try recharging the speaker. Device charging will be re-enabled once TUNZ's battery is 75% charged.

Q: How long does TUNZ take to charge?
A: It takes about 6-7 hours to fully recharge TUNZ.

Q: Where is the NFC tag and how does it work?
A: The NFC tag is located on the left side of the TUNZ speaker (see manual for location). Just tap the antenna of your NFC-enabled phone to the tag area and follow the on-screen instructions (phone needs Internet connection to access instructions).

Q: What phones is the VU compatible with?
A: The VU is compatible with any phone supporting Qi technology. Some phones supporting Qi technology are compatible right out of the box, while others require the users to switch out their back battery door. Check the main VU page for full compatibility information. The VU is also compatible with any device supporting Qi technology, not just mobile phone.

Q: Will the VU work with an iPhone 5?
A: Only if you have a Qi compatible iPhone 5 sleeve.

Q: How long does it take to charge my phone with the VU?
A: The VU is designed to provide as much power as your standard USB charger (1 Amp) and will charge as fast as your USB charger as long as your phone is designed to accept that much power.

Q: Will my phone still work while charging?
A: Yes, you will still be able to use your phone while it's charging on the view. In rare occasions, some phones may not allow you to use your phone.

Q: Is there any danger if I leave my phone on the VU overnight or for an extended period of time?
A: No! The VU is designed to stop charging your phone as soon as it's full and go into sleep mode to conserve power. It will wake up every so often and check to see if your phone needs a charge to make sure you wake up with a full charge every time.

Q: Can I use this adaptor overseas?
A: Yes, as long as the plugs fit into the wall. You can also use an international plug adaptor. The switching power supply is capable of 100 - 240V.

Q: I have a Galaxy S4 back door and I noticed the phone will start/stop charging often at around 90% and above.
A: We've noticed a small compatibility issue particularly with this door. Wireless charging technology is new and there are still bugs to work out with the spec. Although no harm is coming to your phone we understand this can be annoying.

Q: I have a case on my phone, will the VU work through the case?
A: Yes, we have tested many cases and found all of them to work. Some, extremely bulky cases may not be compatible, or may affect the charging speed.

Q: What's the maximum distance I can have, but still maintain charging?
A: You can have a distance of 5mm between the coils in the VU and the coil in your device.

Q: When my phone is fully charged, the green light on the VU doesn't turn off. Is that normal.
A: Yes, every phone communicates with the VU differently. With certain phones, the green light will stay on as long as the phone is on the VU. This is normal and no damage or "overcharging" is occurring.

Q: My Nexus 5 get extremely hot, sometimes to the point of phone shut-off. Is this normal?
A: It's normal for the phone/VU to become warm, but excessive heating is not normal. The Nexus 5 has a large amount of metal in the phone which can heat up if not placed on the VU properly. Please download our Positioning Guide for further details.

Q: Do I have to register the product for the warranty to take effect?
A: No!

Q: I have the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab and when I try to charge it through the USB port, there is a red X on the battery. Does this mean that it is not charging?
A: No! It is charging, but the tablet thinks that it is connected to a computer port of a computer, so the tablet charges at slower computer speeds. Some of the newer tablets are configured differently and display this behavior.

Q: Will it work to charge tablet such as the iPad?
A: Yes! It will work with most tablets on the market

Q: Should I be concerned about leaving this charger in extreme heat or cold conditions?
A: No! It's been tested to withstand below 0 and above 120 degree temperatures

A: No, polycarbonate is UV coated to minimize the scratches caused by regular usage.

A: There is no harm charging it without fully discharging it. We use excellent quality lithium-ion cells which do not have the memory effect

Q: Is there any harm leaving it charging overnight?
A: There is no harm to continue to charge our products even though it's fully charged. The PowerPlant will tell the charger it is fully charged and the charger will stop charging it.

Q: How long do the battery products hold a charge?
A: Our products will hold a charge for over a year if not in use. For best results, store the product in a cool place. If it is exposed to excess heat for long periods of time, it will reduce the amount of time the battery will hold a charge.

Q: How many times can the battery products be charged?
A: The battery products are rechargeable for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle means that the battery is completely discharged, then completely charged back up. For example, if the battery product has 75% charge and you top it off, you would have only charged it 25%. You would have to do this 4 times to complete one full cycle. So, don't be afraid to top it off. There is no “memory” or negative effect of constantly charging it.

Q: How do I turn the battery products on or off?
A: All our battery products are built with load detection circuitry. It will automatically turn on when you plug in a device, and automatically turn off when the device is unplugged. In certain rare situations, depending on the phone or the charging cable used you may have to press the battery capacity button in order to begin charging
